James C. Priest is a retired U.S. Army Senior Non-Commissioned Officer with more than 20 years of honorable service. He transitioned into contract logistics in 2002 with IAP World Services (formerly Johnson Controls) and has spent more than 20 years supporting DoD contracting on both sides of the contract: in uniform and as a contractor.
That dual perspective is JPLC’s operating advantage. Mr. Priest builds teams the way the Army builds them: trained before they arrive, accountable while they’re there, and measured on mission outcomes rather than billable hours. This allows JPLC to anticipate and mitigate customer concerns.
