Primes gain SDB, SDVOSB, MBE/DBE, and SWaM participation credit by putting JPLC on their team.
JPLC serves as a prime contractor under the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program on multiple contracts. JPLC previously held a subcontractor position under EAGLE via a Basic Ordering Agreement with Rock Island, announced August 22, 2019.
